An Online Business Manager, operations strategist, and the woman you call when your business feels like it’s being held together by sticky notes, late nights, and sheer force of will. I support women entrepreneurs who are tired of juggling everything alone and are ready for their business to finally run smoother, smarter, and with a whole lot more ease.

 

But this business didn’t start because I had a perfectly mapped-out plan. It started because life pushed me into clarity—over and over again.​

 

How I got here (the real version)

My journey hasn’t been linear. I’m a mom, wife, a young breast cancer survivor. Those experiences shaped me and they gave me a perspective you can’t learn in any classroom.

 

I learned what resilience actually feels like.

I learned that life is too short to spend it in work that drains you.

And I learned that women carry a lot—mentally, emotionally, physically, professionally.

 

I was in a corporate job for years that looked good on paper and had all the things - vacation, pay, benefits, but over time I found that wasn't enough. I didn’t want to keep settling for work that left me exhausted and disconnected. I wanted freedom, flexibility, and meaningful impact. I wanted to build something that aligned with my life—not a job that demanded I squeeze myself into someone else’s structure.

 

That is exactly where Sacha Anderson Virtual Solutions was born.​

 

Why I do what I do

Women entrepreneurs are visionaries. They’re bold, creative, ambitious, and juggling 16 things at once. But even the strongest, most capable women shouldn’t have to “do it all.” That myth is exhausting—and honestly? It’s unnecessary.

 

I built this business because I want women to have support. The kind that makes everything feel lighter. The kind that turns chaos into organization. The kind that gives you your time, energy, and mental space back.

 

My work is about operations, yes—but really?
